Project’s scope
The client required a new, dedicated website for its flagship product, since the product wasn’t sufficiently highlighted within the structure of the existing company page. The new website required a new, distinct visual design in accordance with the visual identity of the product. The website also had to convey the product's unique value proposition in a clear, convincing and appealing way to target audiences.
WORKSHOP PHASE

UX/UI workshop
Working on the client’s website began with an extensive UX/UI workshop aimed at getting a deeper understanding of the core aspects of the design process. Our team developed detailed personas and explored the competitive landscape, pinpointing the unique value proposition of the client's product. These sessions were crucial for understanding user needs and refining the initial UX and UI concepts. The outcome was a well-crafted design, which by January, was ready to be handed over to the development team.

Developer Consultation
Second workshop session was conducted with the development team. It served as an interview and consultation phase where developers shared their insights on how they understood the product and its communication strategy. This interaction was vital for aligning the technical aspects of the product with its market communication, making sure that the external messaging resonated well with potential users and accurately represented the product’s capabilities.

MVP and Content Strategy
Understanding the urgency of time-to-market, we focused on creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that included 5 key subpages to launch. This approach allowed the client to quickly go live while planning for further expansion. We provided advice on the optimal amount of content to debut with, balancing the need for a compelling online presence with the practicalities of development timelines and content management.

Tight deadlines and work pace
One of the biggest challenges was the tight deadline. Completing a comprehensive creative and execution process in just 2.5 months is rarely feasible, especially with the added complexity of the holiday season. Thus the success of the initial workshops was pivotal. Through detailed UX/UI sessions, we developed a clear understanding of the client's needs and expectations. It allowed us to deliver a first design iteration that hit the mark without requiring revisions, propelling the project forward efficiently.

Dynamic animations
The client wanted a non-static website, envisioning a dynamic experience with engaging animations. This included pinned sections, custom glows on hover, and other UI enhancements to ensure the site stood out in the tech industry with a truly modern aesthetic. The consultation with developers guaranteed that the technical execution aligned perfectly with the design vision, which helped in addressing potential issues early and kept the project on track despite the tight timeline.
