Project’s scope

The client's website was due for a refresh and challenging to navigate, with a design that made content management and the creation of new subpages difficult without outside help. The main objective was to simplify the content management system, allowing the client to manage the website and create subpages independently. Alongside this, the client wanted a fresh, modern redesign to improve the overall user experience.

The key goals for the new website included increasing opportunity generation by making it easier for visitors to schedule appointments and explore products. Additionally, it was crucial to reduce bounce rates by enhancing site usability and engagement. The client also aimed to improve communication by making it easier for visitors to get in touch, and to upgrade content accessibility and readability.

    Integrating client content into a new design

    One of the primary challenges was to effectively integrate the client's existing content into a new, modern design. This required a fresh visual overhaul and harmonizing the new design with the client’s established brand identity. To do so, we adapted the client's current color scheme and visual identity to fit the new website design. Despite the strict guidelines for fonts and colors, we managed to create a cohesive and appealing visual presentation that maintained brand consistency.

The client required a variety of page components in multiple block variants to allow for full flexibility in changing the site’s layout and presentation. We provided the client with a versatile set of tools to present content in various ways. Thanks to this approach the website could be easily customized and updated to meet evolving needs.

    Another challenge was to develop universal website blocks in line with the design and offering many useful options without being overly complicated. By implementing a well-prepared Gutenberg editor, we provided the client with a powerful yet user-friendly tool to manage and update the website effortlessly. This solution combined extensive functionality with straightforward usability, providing the client with the option to maintain the site independently.
